We work with individuals, couples, families, children, teens, and groups working through various concerns. Often times, these concerns surround trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, self-esteem, peer relationships, life transitions, stress management, grief, anger management, eating disorder, intimacy, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Yes, we offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss our services.
During the consultation, we’ll get a sense of your needs and answer any questions you may have about therapy. From there, we can discuss setting up appointments if we decide to work together.

Therapy is an investment in your life, mental health, family, and future. We can discuss fees further during our consultation.

We require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations.
If canceling less than 48 hours in advance, you may be subjected to a $45 fee.
If canceling within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a $90 fee.

United Health Care, Aetna, Trilogy, HPS, WPS, Cigna, Centivo, MHS WI, Empathia EAP, UBH EAP, Quartz, Multi Plan, Network Health, Common Ground, Mutual of Omaha, Sandhill EAP, Together with Chorus, Medicaid Straight T19
Providers are continuing to work through the process of becoming credentialed within additional insurance panels.
Additionally, providers may offer a sliding scale for clients navigating through financial hardship.

Credit card is preferred and accepted at the beginning of each therapy session.
At this time, we can accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
For tax savings, you can also pay using your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) card.
Session fees are paid at the time of your service.
