When: Weekly, Wednesdays 5:00-6:00pm

Where: In person at Nurtured Roots Counseling

Who: Adolescents in high school

Cost: Insurance accepted and private pay

Join us for Teen Talk, a supportive process group designed for teens to connect, share, and navigate the challenges of adolescence in a safe and welcoming space.

This group will explore topics such as navigating relationships, handling school pressures, managing time effectively, setting boundaries, improving communication, overcoming perfectionism, and understanding social media’s influence—along with any other topics the group wants to process.

Come be heard, supported, and empowered as we navigate the teen experience together!
